As we rapidly approach the mid-way point of the year, we might consider revisiting the goals and resolutions we made back in January.  Are you on target for what you intended?  Have you somehow missed the mark?  Our intentions are made manifest through the art of visioning.  However, as the old cliche goes, you won't get where you are going if you don't know where that is.  More than likely, you will end up somewhere else instead.

I believe periodically reviewing what is happening in your business as well as your personal life is a critical component of your success.  And while we make plans that do or do not work out as we projected, there is nothing standing in the way of assessing those and making a new plan.  One thing I know for certain is that life is guaranteed to shift and change.  The best way to navigate the changes is to pay attention to them. 

By reviewing your current plans against actual performance, you give yourself the gifts of insight and potential.  You need to set aside time for an in depth review.  It encourages you to evaluate your progress honesty as well as being open to in-filtering new ideas and possibilities.  You might also consider gathering opinions and ideas from outside sources.  But most of all, it gets you thinking about your newest goals and objectives and time to formulate a cohesive plan.
